Our certified organic olives are cured using the old-world method of fermentation, immersed for two to three months in spring water and sea salt. This preserves the olives in all their glory:
their personality, flavor, and nutrients.
Our olives are given time to remain on the tree until they are fully black and ripe, then, they are dried and gently hand-pitted, resulting in olives abundant with heart-healthy oils, oleic acid, antioxidants, and rich flavor.
It’s hard to find olives that are still nurtured in this way in North America.

These fragrant ceremonial Palo Santo sticks are sustainably harvested from naturally fallen trees in Ecuador. After drying untouched in the forest for years, allowing the wood’s properties to fully manifest, these smudge sticks offer an enlightening sacred smoke with hints of mint and citrus.
Directions: Light the tip of one Palo Santo stick for less than a minute, blow out, then smudge. Palo Santo naturally burns out after a few moments, and may be relit over and over.
Caution: Never leave anything burning unattended.
